FAQ

Many problems are caused by misunderstandings and can be resolved informally. Please send us an email to help@jobexcel.co.uk and we will get back to you.
In the event you are dissatisfied with the service you have received and have not been able to reach a resolution via our Help desk, you can make a formal complaint by email to office@jobexcel.co.uk. Please include a subject heading of "Customer Complaint" and supply your full name and customer order number.
Acknowledge receipt will be sent out to you and we will investigate into the complaint. We will inform you asap of the outcome.
Our Data is backed up on a daily basis. To protect your privacy, we make use of an SSL Certificate, establishing an encrypted link between your computer and our database. We are hosted with GoDaddy and the data is stored on a European Data Centre.
We are aware that the GDPR will be in effect as of the 25th of May, 2018. We are working on adapting our Portal to be compliant with the new regulations. We will be updating our Portal accordingly in the next few weeks.

FAQ Subscriptions

We currently accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
An email with your login details will be sent to you right after your payment has been approved. If you do not receive an email with your order confirmation or login details, please send us an email to help@jobexcel.co.uk and we‘ll check on your order status
No, your membership will not be extended automatically. You will be notified by email prior to your memberships expiration. That way you are able to purchase a renewal if you'd like to.
If you want to renew just log into your Account and select the Plan.
We offer a 20% discount on membership renewals for same level or lower when you renew while your current subscription is active. Please send an email to help@jobexcel.co.uk and we will send you the discount coupon.
If you are a Basic Plan subscriper we offer upgrades to our memberships.
If you have not cancelled your Trial, you will be charged for 5 months. This is also the reason why we are asking for your Payment details when you sign up.
Citizens of the EU are entitled to a full refund, minus our administration fee, during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14 day period begins when the subscription service starts.
